To understand future consumer behaviour (post covid) , e.g. rising trends, adopted changes post pandemic impacting the future in food and personal health care sectors in China, Singapore and Hong Kong

The consumer behaviour analysis for each country was performed in three major steps-
- Researched and analysed the population demographics of the country that includes data on aging population, household structure, income level of families, new migrants. Along with this the economic data including the impact of inflation and accordingly changing shopping mindset of consumers and spendings was analysed
- Based on this data, we identified the future emerging trends in food and personal healthcare industry and consumer inclination for those trends. The impact analysis of post-covid lifestyle changes such as health consciousness, e-commerce, quick commerce, and rising preferences for organic food products was provided.
- Post the overall understanding of the market, the conclusion was provided in the form of actionable insights that assisted the client to understand the relevance of their business categories, changing consumer behaviour and importance of online channels, social media marketing, and in-store personalization.
